Saville Consulting offers a range of training options in North America. The programs outlined below enable users to apply the Saville Consulting tools on a self-sufficient basis and are designed to enhance interpretation skills and user confidence. All programs are run by experienced practitioners who have first-hand experience of using the Saville Consulting tools in addition to professional training skills.
Saville Consulting Wave
- Starting out? If you are new to using behavioral assessments, we offer customizable on-site training to provide you with the necessary skills and information to administer and interpret Saville Consulting Wave.
- Expert user? For users who already have expertise administering and interpreting other behavioral styles assessments (e.g., OPQ®, 16PF, Hogan), we offer a three-hour online distance learning program to give you rapid access to Saville Consulting Wave. Starting in 2007, we will also be providing workshops on Feedback and Applications in North America.
Aptitude Assessments
- Starting out? If you are new to using aptitude assessments, we offer customizable on-site training to provide you with the necessary skills and information to administer and interpret tests in our aptitude series.
- Expert user? For users who already have expertise administering and interpreting other aptitude assessments, we offer immediate access to our aptitude series without the need for any further training.
