These new measures transform the aptitude assessment process for both the test user and the candidate. Saville Consulting has moved beyond a single summary measure of overall test performance and now provides supplementary information on:
- three measures of approach to aptitude assessment
- five individual sub scores for each aptitude assessment
These extra measures enable users to explore the candidate's approach to speed, accuracy and caution in a test environment, in addition to highlighting individual strengths and development areas within an overall measure of analytical skill.

Saville Consulting has developed a comprehensive bank of items and can offer high-volume users the option of in-house and secure aptitude assessments. These are designed to reflect company branding and incorporate the relevant industry sector features. They will also be unique to the company.
